These days, with the viral outbreak, everything is a bit touch and go, however you might not hear from your work for a few days, or you might be inundated with disappointing news in the middle of the afternoon.
Everything keeps changing so quickly that it’s taxing to keep up.
There is a lot to worry about, but entirely little that anybody can actually do. I know that has where a lot of civilian unrest and dissatisfaction is coming from, then people are ramped up with worry and insecurities, but there is entirely little action to take. As such, the panic seems to be getting in a lot of people’s heads. It’s easy to start getting paranoid or imagining that you are suffering from numerous symptoms. I have to say, I’ve been guilty of this myself. All afternoon yeahterday I could not tell if I was suffering from respiratory failure or if my allergies were actually acting up. It was incredibly hard to tell because of the disappointing air quality outside. When you looked outdoors, you could literally see yellow pollen floating through the air in immense clouds. This is normal for our part in the Springtime, but right now the pollen explosion is the last thing that my friend and I need. All of this airborne contamination is making things extremely confusing for people. No one is sure if they are experiencing respiratory symptoms, foggy thinking, and headaches from illness or from low quality air. Yesterday, I was ready to divulge myself to the emergency room for a sore throat, coughing, and congestion until I got back into my house. When I was finally in the safety of my high quality indoor air, it was clear that I was only suffering from allergies. Thank god my friend and I have a media air purification device, or I would have wasted a crucial corona test.
